Possible Causes
Worn or damaged door gasket, Blocked or misaligned lower spray arm, Overfilling due to level sensor issues, Debris on door sealing surfaces
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and avoid running the dishwasher until the leak is resolved.
- Inspect door gasket: Open the door and examine the rubber gasket around the tub opening for tears, flattening, or gaps. Replace if damaged.
- Clean sealing surfaces: Wipe the gasket and mating surfaces on the door with warm soapy water to remove grease and debris.
- Check lower spray arm: Ensure the arm is not cracked or warped and that it spins freely. A misdirected jet can spray water at the door seal.
- Verify water level: If water level is excessively high, inspect the pressure switch and inlet valve for overfilling issues.
