Possible Causes
Partially closed water tap, Restricted inlet hose or filter, Faulty flow meter undercounting, Pressure switch miscalibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and close the water tap before disconnecting hoses.
- Verify water pressure: Ensure the supply tap is fully open and that household water pressure is adequate.
- Clean inlet filter: Remove and rinse the mesh filter at the tap or aqua-stop end of the hose.
- Check hose for kinks: Straighten any sharp bends behind the dishwasher.
- Inspect flow meter and pressure switch: Follow the steps for E14 and E5 to ensure accurate water measurement and level detection.
- Test cycle: Run a short program and observe the water level just after filling; it should cover the sump filter but not reach the door opening.
