Dishwasher racks are difficult to slide or come off the tracks during loading.

Safety first: Ensure the racks are cool and the dishwasher is off before adjusting.

• Inspect rollers: Pull out the upper and lower racks and check the rack rollers for flat spots or breakage. Replace worn rollers.
• Check rail end caps: Ensure the rail end caps are present and secure. Replace missing or broken caps to prevent racks from derailing.
• Straighten tracks: Gently straighten any bent rack rails with pliers.
• Clean rails: Wipe rails with a damp cloth to remove mineral deposits and apply a small amount of food-safe lubricant if recommended by Summit.
