How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the door panel.

- Check ribbon cable: Inspect the flat ribbon cable or harness connecting the user interface board to the main control board. Reseat both ends and ensure there is no corrosion or damage.
- Look for moisture: Check for signs of water or steam intrusion around the control panel. Dry the area thoroughly and correct any door seal issues that may allow steam to reach the electronics.
- Test UI board: If buttons remain unresponsive, the user interface board is likely faulty and should be replaced with the correct Summit part.
