Possible Causes
Blocked spray arm jets, Weak or failed circulation pump, Blocked sump or pump inlet, Partially closed water inlet reducing flow
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water tap before internal work.
- Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms by unscrewing or unclipping them. Rinse under water and use a toothpick to clear blocked jets.
- Check filters and sump: Clean all filters and inspect the sump for debris blocking the circulation pump inlet.
- Verify water pressure: Ensure the water tap is fully open and inlet filters are clean so the tub fills to the correct level.
- Test circulation pump: During a wash cycle, listen for a strong, steady motor sound. If the pump is silent or only hums, the circulation pump may be defective and require replacement.
