• Check interior: Remove racks and inspect the tub for loose cutlery, broken glass, or items protruding through the basket that could hit spray arms.
• Inspect spray arms: Ensure spray arms are firmly attached and not contacting dishes or racks.
• Clean sump and pumps: Remove filters and inspect the sump. Access the drain pump cover and circulation pump inlet to remove any foreign objects.
• Listen to pumps: If noise persists and seems to come from the motor area, the pump bearings may be worn. Replace the noisy circulation pump or drain pump as needed.
