Possible Causes
Dishwasher not level, Loose mounting brackets, Feet not adjusted correctly, Heavy items loaded on one side only
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the dishwasher before adjusting feet.
- Level the appliance: Use a spirit level on the top edge of the door. Adjust the front and rear feet until the unit is level side-to-side and front-to-back.
- Secure to cabinet: Ensure the dishwasher is fixed to the countertop or side cabinets using the supplied mounting brackets and screws.
- Check load distribution: Avoid placing all heavy items on one side of the lower basket. Distribute dishes evenly.
- Inspect feet pads: Make sure rubber feet or pads are present and intact to reduce vibration.
