How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher before removing the door panel or control modules.
- Power reset: Leave the dishwasher unplugged for at least 5 minutes, then reconnect and try again. Sometimes E10 can be cleared by a full power reset.
- Inspect door control area: Remove the inner door panel to access the main PCB and user interface board. Check all connectors for secure fit and signs of burning or moisture.
- Check harness: Follow the wiring harness between the boards and look for pinched or broken wires, especially near the door hinge.
- Replace faulty board: If there is visible damage or if E10 persists after reseating connectors, replace the main control board or user interface board as indicated by Teka diagnostics.
