How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the socket before cleaning deep inside the sump.
- Remove and clean filters: Take out the lower basket and remove all filter components. Wash them thoroughly with hot soapy water and a soft brush.
- Inspect sump: Shine a light into the sump and remove any visible debris, labels, or glass. Pay attention to the small openings leading to the drain and circulation pumps.
- Run a maintenance wash: After reassembling filters, run a hot maintenance cycle with a dishwasher cleaner to dissolve grease and biofilm.
- Repeat if necessary: If E22 persists, re-check for hidden obstructions and ensure filters are correctly seated and locked in place.
