Possible Causes
Clogged upper spray arm jets, Misaligned upper rack feed tube, Worn or missing upper arm seal, Low water pressure from circulation pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing spray arms.
- Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm and flush it under water. Clear all jets with a toothpick.
- Check feed tube: Ensure the vertical feed tube at the back of the tub engages properly with the upper rack connector when the rack is pushed in.
- Inspect seals: Check the rubber seals where the feed tube connects to the tub and spray arm. Replace if cracked or missing.
- Verify pump performance: If both arms are weak, test the circulation pump as described earlier.
