How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: No internal electrical work is required for this issue.

  • Refill salt: Open the salt reservoir and fill with dishwasher salt. Wipe away any spilled salt and close the cap securely.
  • Adjust softener setting: Set the water hardness level in the dishwasher menu according to your local water hardness (see user manual).
  • Increase rinse aid: Turn up the rinse aid dosage setting by one or two steps.
  • Descale interior: Run a hot cycle with a dishwasher descaler to remove existing limescale from the tub, heater, and spray arms.
