How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and close the water tap immediately to stop filling.
- Check for overfilling: Open the door carefully. If the water level is above the filter screen, scoop out excess water into a bucket.
- Clean filters and sump: Remove and clean filters to ensure proper drainage and level sensing.
- Run a drain: Restore power briefly and run a drain-only or cancel program to pump out water, then turn power off again.
- Inspect for leaks into base: Check the base tray for water and dry if necessary.
- Do not continue use: An inlet valve that does not close properly can cause flooding. Contact a technician to test and replace the valve or pressure switch.
