Dishwasher shows E18 and may not fill enough water; spray arms may not rotate properly.

Safety first: Switch off power and close the water tap.

• Clean inlet filters: Remove and rinse the mesh filters in the inlet hose and at the machine connection.
• Check water pressure: Ensure household water pressure is adequate. If other taps are weak, consult a plumber.
• Descale water path: Run a descaling program with a suitable dishwasher descaler to clear limescale from the water matrix and flow meter.
• Test spray performance: After cleaning, run a normal cycle and open the door mid-cycle (carefully) to check that the water level just covers the filter area and that spray arms are wet and moving.
• Persistent E18: The flow meter or pressure system may require replacement by a technician.
