• Inspect impeller: Look for and remove any foreign objects around the impeller. Rotate the impeller gently with a finger or non-metallic tool to ensure it moves freely.
• Reinstall cover: Refit the pump cover securely, ensuring it locks into place. An incorrectly fitted cover can cause E25.
• Test drain: Run a drain or short program and listen for normal pump operation.
• If E25 persists: The pump housing or impeller may be damaged and require replacement by a technician.
