How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap. Water inside may be hot.
- Listen for pump operation: Start a program and listen: if you hear filling but no spray noise, the circulation pump may not be running.
- Check for obstructions: Remove lower basket and filters. Shine a light into the sump area and look for broken glass, bones, or plastic pieces that could block the pump inlet. Carefully remove any debris.
- Soft reset: Cancel the program, turn the appliance off for 5 minutes, then restart. Sometimes a jam clears after removing debris.
- Advanced inspection: Accessing the circulation pump requires removing side or bottom panels and tipping the machine, which risks water leaks. If you are not experienced, do not proceed further.
