How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off power at the breaker before touching the control panel internals.
- Power reset: Turn off the appliance for 5–10 minutes, then restore power and try selecting a program again.
- Dry the panel: If steam or moisture has condensed around the control panel, leave the door open and allow the area to dry for several hours.
- Check for stuck keys: Gently press each button to ensure it moves freely and is not jammed. Wipe the panel with a slightly damp cloth and then dry it.
- Persistent F1: The user interface PCB or main control board may be defective. Replacement requires disassembling the door and should be done by a technician.
