Drying Inefficiency
Dishwasher leaves dishes wet at the end of the cycle; poor drying performance.

Possible Causes
Empty or low rinse aid, Faulty drying fan (if fitted), Heater not operating during final rinse, Door opened too soon after cycle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher before accessing internal components.
Step-by-step checks:
- Rinse aid level: Ensure the rinse aid dispenser is filled and dosage is set correctly. Rinse aid is critical for drying.
- Program selection: Use programs with drying phase enabled; eco or quick cycles may have limited drying.
- Check heater function: If dishes are cold at the end, test the heater and NTC as in E3/E8.
- Drying fan: On models with active drying, listen for the fan. If silent, test and replace the fan motor as in E10.
- User habits: Leave the door closed for 10–15 minutes after the cycle to allow condensation drying, then open slightly to vent steam.
Correcting rinse aid and heater issues usually restores normal drying.
