Bottom rack dishes are not getting clean while upper rack appears fine.

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing spray arms.

• Clean lower spray arm: Remove and flush the lower spray arm, clearing all jets.
• Inspect sump inlet: With filters removed, ensure the lower spray arm feed opening is clear of debris.
• Check diverter: Confirm that the diverter is not stuck sending water only to the upper rack. Replace if necessary.
• Evaluate pump: If pressure is weak overall, the Viking circulation pump may need replacement.
