Safety first: Turn off power and water before disconnecting the supply line.

• Check household pressure: Open the kitchen faucet and verify strong flow. If pressure is low throughout the home, contact a plumber.
• Inspect shutoff valve: Ensure the under-sink valve is fully open. If it is a self-piercing saddle valve, consider replacing it with a full-port valve.
• Check inlet hose: Pull the dishwasher out slightly and inspect the hose for kinks or crushing. Straighten or replace as needed.
• Clean inlet screen: Disconnect the hose from the Viking inlet valve and clean the mesh screen of sediment. Reattach securely and check for leaks.
• Test fill: Restore water and power, then run a short cycle to confirm normal fill time and that E18 does not reappear.
