Racks are difficult to slide in and out; they bind or fall off the tracks.

Safety first: No electrical work is required.

• Inspect rack wheels: Remove racks and check wheels for flat spots, cracks, or missing axles. Replace Viking rack wheels as needed.
• Check rails and stops: Ensure rail stops are intact and rails are not bent. Straighten gently if possible.
• Clean rails: Wipe rails with warm soapy water to remove grease and mineral deposits.
• Lubricate lightly: If allowed by Viking, apply a small amount of food-safe silicone spray to rails (avoid overuse).
