Possible Causes
Clogged upper spray arm, Disconnected or cracked feed tube, Diverter not sending water to upper arm
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Turn off power and water if removing major components.
- Clean upper spray arm: Remove and flush the upper spray arm; clear any blocked jets.
- Check feed tube: Inspect the vertical feed tube at the back of the tub for cracks or disconnections from the sump and upper arm.
- Verify rack position: Ensure the upper rack is fully pushed in so the spray arm hub engages the feed tube properly.
- Diverter check: If lower arm works but upper does not despite clear arm and tube, the diverter may be faulty and require replacement.
