Possible Causes
Water tap closed, Inlet hose kinked or frozen, Blocked inlet filter, Defective AquaStop hose on Zanussi models with flood protection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off power and close the water tap before disconnecting hoses.
- Verify tap: Ensure the supply tap is fully open and that other taps in the house have normal pressure.
- Inspect hose: Check the full length of the inlet hose for kinks or freezing (in cold locations). Thaw gently if frozen.
- Clean filters: Remove the hose from the tap and dishwasher and clean the mesh filters at both ends.
- AquaStop check: If fitted with an AquaStop hose, inspect the plastic housing for signs of activation (bulging, water inside). A triggered AquaStop must be replaced.
