Dishwasher stops, attempts to drain continuously, and i30 is displayed. Sometimes a beeping alarm is heard.

Safety first: Switch off power at the breaker and close the water supply tap. Do not continue to run the appliance until the leak source is identified.

• Check for visible leaks: Look around the front and sides of the Zanussi dishwasher for water on the floor, especially under the door.
• Inspect door seals: Open the door and examine the main door gasket and lower door seal for splits, deformation or heavy residue. Clean with warm soapy water and replace if damaged.
• Empty the base tray: Carefully pull the dishwasher out from the cabinet. Tilt it slightly backwards (about 45°) over a towel to allow water in the base tray to drain out. This may temporarily clear the i30 error but does not fix the underlying leak.
• Check hoses and components: With the side panels removed (if you are competent to do so), inspect the circulation pump, heater housing, inlet valve, and internal hoses for drips or mineral tracks. Tighten hose clamps and replace cracked hoses or components.
• Detergent check: Ensure you are using dishwasher‑specific detergent and not hand‑washing liquid. Reduce rinse aid dosage if you see excessive foam inside the tub.
• If leak persists: A technician should inspect the sump assembly and circulation pump seals, as these are common leak points on Zanussi dishwashers.
