Zline Cabinet Misalignment / Hinge Interference

Dishwasher door is hard to close or rubs against the cabinet.

Possible Causes

Dishwasher not square in opening, Cabinet rails pressing on tub, Warped door panel, Loose hinge screws

Safety first: Turn off power before adjusting installation.

Check leveling: Verify the unit is level side-to-side and front-to-back. Adjust legs as needed.
Inspect side clearances: Ensure the tub is not pressed tightly against the cabinet sides. Center the dishwasher in the opening.
Tighten hinges: Check hinge mounting screws and tighten if loose.
Adjust mounting brackets: Loosen and reposition top or side brackets so they do not twist the tub frame.
