Possible Causes
Cracked drain hose, Loose hose clamp at pump or sump, Leaking circulation pump seal, Cracked plastic sump assembly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and water immediately to prevent electrical shock and water damage.
- Pull out the dishwasher: Carefully slide the unit out of the cabinet to inspect the underside. Use towels to catch water.
- Run a test with panels off: With the unit partially out and panels removed (and with caution around live parts), run a short cycle to observe where water drips originate.
- Tighten or replace hoses: If a hose or clamp is leaking, tighten the clamp or replace the hose with a high-temperature dishwasher drain hose.
- Replace leaking components: If the circulation pump seal or sump is cracked, replace the affected assembly.
