Possible Causes
Stuck or faulty water level sensor, Blocked pressure chamber causing false high level, Water inlet valve not closing fully, Control board misreading level signal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and water. Overfilling can cause leaks and electrical hazards.
- Clean pressure chamber: Locate the air chamber or pressure dome connected to the level sensor. Remove and clean out grease and scale that can trap air.
- Inspect pressure hose: Ensure the hose from the sump to the level sensor is not blocked or kinked. Clear any obstructions.
- Test inlet valve: With power off, inspect the water inlet valve for debris preventing full closure. If water continues to trickle in when the machine is off, replace the valve.
- Replace level sensor: If cleaning does not resolve the issue, install a new water level sensor compatible with your Zline model.
- Monitor for leaks: After repair, run a test cycle while watching for overfilling or leaks around the door and base.
