How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and water before accessing the base of the dishwasher.
- Confirm symptom: Run a cycle and note if only the lower or upper rack is being washed, then check for E19.
- Access diverter: Remove the bottom panel and locate the diverter valve attached to the circulation pump or sump.
- Inspect for debris: Detach the diverter housing and look for food particles or plastic pieces preventing movement. Clean thoroughly.
