Dryer display shows that the water tank is full, but the tank is empty or recently emptied.

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before removing the water tank.

• 1. Inspect water tank: Remove the tank and check for a small float or magnet inside. Ensure it moves freely and is not stuck by dirt or limescale.
• 2. Clean tank and housing: Rinse the tank with warm water and mild detergent. Wipe the housing contacts or sensor area with a soft cloth.
• 3. Reinsert tank correctly: Slide the tank fully into place until it clicks; an improperly seated tank can trigger the warning.
• 4. When to call a technician: If the warning persists, the level sensor or its wiring may be faulty and require replacement.
