Safety first: Unplug the dryer and mop up any spilled water to prevent slipping.

• Check water tank: Ensure the condensate tank is not overfilled and is fully inserted. Inspect for cracks or damage.
• Clean condensate channels: Remove the condenser/heat exchanger and inspect the channel beneath it for lint and sludge. Clean thoroughly with warm water and a brush.
• Inspect hoses: Access the internal condensate hoses from the sump to the pump and from the pump to the tank or drain. Look for cracks, loose clamps, or disconnections. Replace or secure as needed.
• Check pump housing: Inspect the pump housing for leaks around seals. Replace the pump or gasket if water traces are visible.
• Test for leaks: After reassembly, run a short cycle while observing the base area for any new leaks.
