Possible Causes
Full or incorrectly seated water tank, Blocked condensate hose, Faulty water level sensor in tank
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dryer before removing the water tank or lower panels.
- Empty and reseat tank: Remove the water collection tank, empty it completely, rinse, and slide it back in firmly until it clicks.
- Check float and sensor: Inspect the float mechanism in the tank for free movement. Clean any lint or residue that may cause sticking.
- Inspect drain hose: If your Ariston dryer is plumbed to a drain, check the hose for kinks or blockages and ensure it is not installed too high.
- Test operation: Restore power and run a short cycle. If H20 returns, the tank sensor or associated wiring may need replacement.
