Water leaking from front or bottom of condenser/heat pump dryer

Safety first: Unplug the dryer and mop up any spilled water to prevent slipping.

• Check water tank: Remove and inspect the tank for cracks or misaligned seals. Ensure it is fully inserted when refitted.
• Clean condensate channel: Access the area under the condenser and remove lint and sludge that may block water flow to the tank or pump.
• Inspect hoses: Check internal drain hoses for splits or loose clamps. Refit or replace as needed.
• Level the dryer: Ensure the appliance is level so water flows correctly to the collection points.
