Possible Causes
Dryer not leveled, Worn or missing leveling feet, Uneven load distribution, Loose cabinet screws or internal mounts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the dryer before adjusting feet or tightening screws.
Excessive vibration is usually mechanical and easy to correct.
- Level the dryer: Place a spirit level on top of the dryer. Adjust the leveling feet until the unit is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Lock the feet if possible.
- Check floor stability: Ensure the dryer is on a solid, non-flexing surface. Avoid placing it on soft or uneven flooring.
- Balance the load: Avoid drying single heavy items alone. Mix large and small items to distribute weight evenly.
- Tighten cabinet fasteners: Inspect and tighten screws securing the top, sides, and front panels. Check internal brackets and mounts for looseness.
