Possible Causes

Loose UI harness connector, Failed user interface board, Damaged control panel membrane, Faulty main control communication circuit

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.

  • Inspect control panel: Check for visible damage, moisture intrusion, or stuck buttons.
  • Reseat connectors: Remove the top panel and access the user interface board. Unplug and replug the ribbon cable or harness between the UI and main control board.
  • Test buttons: With power restored, try each button to see if any are unresponsive or stuck. Replace the UI board if multiple keys fail.

If E11 persists after UI replacement, the main control board may have a communication fault and should be replaced by a technician.
