How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before deep cleaning internal components.

  • Clean drum and seals: Wipe the inside of the drum and door seal with a mild detergent solution. Dry thoroughly.
  • Clean condenser and sump: Remove and wash the condenser. Clean the sump area of lint and stagnant water.
  • Run a hot maintenance cycle: With the drum empty, run a high-temperature cycle to help dry and sanitise internal surfaces.
  • Leave door open after use: Allow the drum to air out between cycles to reduce moisture and odour build-up.
