Dryer vibrates excessively or walks across the floor during operation

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before moving or lifting it.

• Level the dryer: Place a bubble level on top of the dryer. Adjust the leveling legs so the unit is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Lock the legs in place.
• Check floor stability: Ensure the floor is solid and not flexing. Avoid installing on soft or uneven surfaces.
• Verify stacking kit: If stacked on a Café washer, confirm that the official stacking kit is installed correctly and all brackets are tight.
• Inspect internal supports: If vibration persists, inspect drum rollers, idler pulley, and drum glides for wear and replace as needed.
• Load balance: Avoid drying a single heavy item; mix items to balance the load.
