Dryer shows E19; may not complete Wi-Fi setup or remote control functions

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before accessing the Wi-Fi module. Network troubleshooting can be done with power on.

• Network reset: Follow the Café instructions to reset network settings on the dryer (often by holding a specific button combination) and attempt to reconnect to Wi-Fi.
• Check router: Ensure your router is powered, broadcasting 2.4 GHz (if required), and not blocking the appliance.
• Access Wi-Fi module: Remove the top panel and locate the Wi-Fi or communication module, usually near the control board.
• Inspect connections: Reseat the harness between the Wi-Fi module and the main control board.
• Module replacement: If E19 persists and network conditions are good, replace the Wi-Fi module with the correct Café part.
