Candy Over-drying / Incorrect Program Use

Dryer runs but clothes come out very wrinkled and creased.

Possible Causes

Using high heat for delicate fabrics, Over-drying due to faulty moisture sensor, Overloaded drum preventing tumbling, Not using anti-crease or cool-down phase

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

User adjustments:

Select a lower heat setting or a specific program for delicates.
Reduce load size so clothes can tumble freely.
Remove clothes promptly at the end of the cycle and shake them out.
Ensure the moisture sensor bars are clean so the dryer can detect dryness correctly.

If clothes still over-dry on automatic programs, the moisture sensing circuit may be faulty and require service.
