Possible Causes

Open safety thermostat circuit, Faulty door lock safety chain, Broken wiring in safety loop

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect mains power. Do not bypass safety devices for normal operation.

Check thermostats:

  • Locate all thermostats on the heater housing and ducting.
  • Test for continuity with a multimeter. Replace any that are open and non-resettable.

Door and wiring:

  • Verify the door lock switch operates correctly and that its wiring is intact.
  • Trace the safety loop wiring from thermostats and door lock back to the PCB for breaks.

After replacing any faulty safety components, reassemble and test. If E15 remains, the control board safety input may be defective.
