Dryer display shows very short remaining times and ends the cycle quickly with clothes still wet, no error code.

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before cleaning sensor bars or accessing wiring.

• Thoroughly clean sensor bars: Use a non-abrasive pad and white vinegar to scrub the metal sensor strips inside the drum until shiny.
• Avoid excessive softener: Reduce use of fabric softener sheets or liquids that can coat the sensors.
• Use larger loads or timed cycles: For very small loads, use a timed program instead of automatic sensing.
• Check sensor wiring: Inspect and test continuity from the bars to the PCB. Repair or replace if faulty.
