Possible Causes
Partially blocked lint filter, Dirty condenser or heat exchanger, Blocked vent hose or wall vent (vented models), Weak circulation fan
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing lower panels or internal ducts.
- Clean lint filter: Remove and thoroughly clean the lint filter after every load. Wash with warm soapy water if coated.
- Clean condenser/heat exchanger: Remove the condenser unit and flush it with warm water until clear. Remove lint from the housing and seals.
- Check venting (vented models): Inspect the exhaust hose and external vent for kinks, crushing, or lint build-up. Clean or replace as needed.
- Inspect circulation fan: Access the fan and blower housing. Remove lint build-up and ensure the fan spins freely. Replace the fan motor if weak or noisy.
- Load and program check: Avoid overloading the drum and select appropriate dryness level. Overloading can significantly increase drying time.
