• Clean lint filter and housing: Wash the lint filter with warm soapy water and dry. Vacuum the lint housing thoroughly.
• Clean condenser and sump: Remove the condenser and wash it. Clean the sump area and any accessible internal surfaces with a mild disinfectant solution, then rinse and dry.
• Run cleaning cycle: If available, run an empty high-heat cycle to help dry and deodorize the interior.
• Improve ventilation: Ensure the dryer has adequate space around it and that the room is not excessively humid.
