Dryer interior light does not turn on when the door is opened, but the dryer otherwise works.

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before replacing the bulb or accessing the light assembly.

• Replace bulb: Locate the drum light cover inside the drum. Remove the cover and replace the bulb with the correct type and wattage specified by Fagor.
• Check socket and wiring: Inspect the light socket for corrosion or loose connections. Tighten or replace as needed.
• Test door switch light contact: Some door switches have separate contacts for the light. Test continuity when the door is open. Replace the switch if the light contact is faulty.
• PCB driver: If using an LED driven by the PCB and all other components are good, the PCB light driver may be defective.
