Dryer stops and displays a full water tank indicator (on condensing models), but tank is empty or recently emptied

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before accessing internal components.

• 1. Reseat tank: Remove the water tank, empty it completely, and reinstall it firmly until it clicks into place.
• 2. Check tank float: Inspect the float mechanism inside the tank (if visible) to ensure it moves freely and is not stuck.
• 3. Inspect hoses: Access the area behind or below the tank to check the hose and sensor connection for kinks or blockages.
• 4. Test level switch: If accessible, test the tank level switch or sensor for proper operation with a multimeter. Replace if faulty.
• 5. Run test cycle: After reseating and checks, run a short cycle to confirm the full tank indication no longer appears prematurely.
