Safety first: Unplug the dryer before inspection.

Check ventilation: Ensure the dryer has adequate clearance around it and that vents are not blocked.
Inspect power connections: Check the terminal block and power cord for loose or burnt connections.
Control board cooling: Remove the top panel and ensure the control board area is free of lint and dust. Clean gently with a vacuum.
Motor check: If the dryer stops after running for some time, the motor may be overheating. Inspect for restricted airflow and worn bearings. Replace the motor if necessary.
Monitor operation: After cleaning and tightening connections, run a test cycle. If the issue persists, the power filter or control board may need replacement.

Dryer stops mid-cycle and the display turns off, then comes back on after a while.
