How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dryer before accessing the console.
Inspect and clean keypad:
- Press each button on the control panel individually; note any that feel stuck or do not click.
- Remove the control panel cover to expose the keypad or UI board.
- Check for signs of liquid spills, detergent residue, or corrosion.
- Clean gently with a dry cloth or lightly with isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab (avoid soaking the board).
- Allow to dry completely, reassemble, and restore power.
If the same button remains unresponsive or E15 persists, replace the user interface board.
