Dryer leaks water onto the floor in front or underneath the machine

Safety first: Unplug the dryer and mop up any spilled water to prevent slipping.

• Check water tank: Remove the condensate tank, empty it, and inspect for cracks or damaged seals. Replace if leaking.
• Clean sump and pump area: Access the lower front or rear panel to reach the sump. Remove lint and debris that may block water flow.
• Inspect drain hoses: Check internal hoses from the sump to the tank for splits, loose connections, or blockages. Refit or replace as needed.
• Refit condenser correctly: Ensure the condenser/heat exchanger is seated properly and that its seals are intact to prevent water bypass.
• Test for leaks: Run a short cycle and observe the dryer for any further leakage.
