Dryer runs but clothes come out very wrinkled and creased

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the dryer before checking mechanical components.

• Adjust load size: Do not overload the drum. Fill it only about half to two-thirds full for best tumbling.
• Use anti-crease programs: Select a program with anti-crease or gentle tumble at the end of the cycle.
• Check drum reversal: Observe a cycle to see if the drum reverses direction periodically. If it does not, there may be a motor or control issue that requires service.
• Remove clothes promptly: Take laundry out soon after the cycle ends to prevent set-in creases.
