Safety first: Turn off the dryer before removing filters.

• Clean lint filter: Remove the lint filter from the door or top housing. Clean off all lint and wash with warm soapy water if coated. Dry completely before reinstalling.
• Check filter seating: Ensure the filter is fully inserted and sits flat in its housing. Some models will not run if the filter is not detected.
• Clean condenser filter: On condenser/heat pump Haier dryers, open the lower front access panel, remove the condenser filter, and rinse under running water. Allow to dry and reinstall.
• Clear housing: Use a vacuum with a narrow nozzle to remove lint from the filter housing and air channels.
