Haier dryer leaks water onto the floor (condensing/heat pump models)

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before accessing lower panels. Water and electricity are a dangerous combination.

• Check water tank: Remove the tank and inspect for cracks or overfilling. Empty and reinstall correctly.
• Inspect drain hose: If connected to a drain, check the hose for leaks, kinks, or loose connections. Tighten clamps and replace damaged hose.
• Clean drain channel: Open the lower front panel and locate the condensate drain tray and channel. Remove lint and debris that may be blocking water flow.
• Clean condenser: Remove and rinse the condenser unit if accessible. Ensure it is free of lint and reinstalled properly.
