Dryer leaks water onto the floor (condenser or heat pump models).

Safety first: Unplug the dryer before removing panels or handling water near electrical parts.

• Empty water tank: Remove and empty the condensate tank. Check for cracks or damage and ensure it seats correctly when reinserted.
• Clean drain channel: Locate the condensate drain channel at the bottom of the condenser compartment. Remove lint and debris and flush with warm water if accessible.
• Inspect drain hose: Check the hose from the sump to the tank or pump for kinks, blockages, or disconnections. Refit or replace as needed.
• Check pump (if fitted): On models with a condensate pump, access the pump and test for operation (technician level). Replace a noisy or non-operational pump.
